EXPERIENCE
Must have kayaking experice, not for first timers. Be prepared to paddle 12 miles. We'll be on the water for approximately 5 hours. It is gentle, mostly with the current, but prolonged paddling. There will be rest breaks for the meditation practices, and will work mindfully and slowly. We will stop for lunch.
REQUIREMENTS
Each person will be required to wear a life jacket zipper up the while on the water. We also require that each person signs our liablility release form.(that can be done the day of the trip unless someone is under 18 years of age they would need to have a parent signature to participate. I would suggest to you to have an age limit of no one under 17 years of age or even 18 then you would not have to worry about a parent signature.
